Interview with LUST

On October 24th, I got to interview studio LUST. They are a very progressive design firm, working in Den Haag. I participated in a workshop with them in July 2007. The week of October 22nd, LUST made their way to Michigan! I was so excited to see them again. Like I said, their design work is so amazing, very smart guys. The gave their lecture on wednesday the 24th, and somehow I was chosen to interview them after their talk. I decided to use the time to bring out their character. I used TypeRadio as a reference for question material. I kept it lighthearted, “Are you famous? Do you collect anything? Are you rich? etc.” The crowd seemed to love it, so I was happy, even though at the time I just felt stupid :) I was so happy to interview them, seeing as how they changed the way I see design forever.
